I am a Coach for Corporate Innovation Leaders, focused on international markets, healthcare and Pharma.
I started this blog because I am passionate about global innovation and marketing. I learned from my successes and failures during my 35 years with Merck, a $40 Billion Pharmaceutical company, present in over 100 countries, called MSD outside US/Canada. I want to share and discuss these learnings with other passionate innovators.
In the last 5 years at Merck, I had the opportunity to create from scratch a climate that stimulates commercial innovation, across the company in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Canada and Mid East/Africa. I identified, tracked and supported a significant portfolio of innovative initiatives across ideation, feasibility and pilot stages. Multiple successful innovations were scaled worldwide, driving customer value and brand revenue. I especially enjoyed the coaching of over 50 regional and country innovation leaders.
Prior experience includes launching and marketing brands in 10 therapeutic areas, in country, regional and global positions, in Merck.
I lived in 4 countries across the globe and speak 4 languages.
I regularly speak at congresses about corporate commercial innovation.
